As charming as they come, this late Victorian figural pocket watch holder is in the form of a Cherub, made from Spelter and painted to appear to be Bronze, the gilded flourishes look fantastic against the dark colouring of the Cherub or Putti figure.
The cherub sites on an alabaster (or similar natural stone) base and the underside covered in green baize.
Excellent condition dating to around 1880, Victorian in era, measuring 4 1/2" tall. The watch shown is NOT included in this sale.
