Description
A rare vintage photograph frame by the iconic fashion house, Gucci.The frame has spent some time in my silversmith's workshop where new gold plating was applied to the borders as it was slightly worn and I wanted to restore it to it's former glory; it was then professionally cleaned and polished.
The silver coloured metal is silver plate with an all-over "G" logo and framed in gold plate.
The backing is secured with covered fasteners which are unscrewed to change the photograph under the glazed aperture; the aperture measures 5 1/2" x 4". The overall size of the frame measures 9 3/4" x 8 1/4".
A stunning and highly collectable frame in superb condition.
