Description
A handsome antique English magnifying glass on stand which pivots on a ball and socket fitting, moving around with ease.Dating to c.1915, it remains in excellent condition having been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring it to it's former glory.
The base measuring 2 3/8" in diameter x 7" tall with a lens diameter measuring 1 1/2" in diameter.
This example is lucky enough to be signed by the maker on the base " Broadhurst, Clarkson & Co. 63 Farringdon Road, London E.C."
