Description
A highly collectable bar accessory, this Equestrian themed bar has a silver plated handle and a steel opener.The handle is mounted with a horseshoe and the side is where the marks can be found for Hermes, Paris and the maker's mark, Ravinet d'Enfert who made most of the silver pieces for Hermes during this period.
The opener itself is made of steel and is again signed "Hermes Paris".
Dating to c.1880, it remains in excellent condition measuring 4" x 1 1/2" x 1/2".
