Description
A stunning antique Chinese table cabinet, beautifully decorated wherever you look.The doors to the front are carved creating pierced or reticulated panels, with a foliate design and a flying bird incorporated. Below is a rural figural scene.
The front, sides and back are all beautifully carved .. what appears to be a crack in the back is simply the two timbers used joining and not a fault.
The doors open to reveal an upper shelf which runs the width of the cabinet and banks of drawers below with carved fronts and turned knobs.
Dating to around 1880, this stunning cabinet has been professionally waxed and remains in superb condition. 15 1/2" wide x 10 1/4" deep x 14 1/4" tall.
