A stunning little sterling silver capstan inkwell with a hallmark for Birmingham 1920, celebrating it's 93rd year this year. The makers mark is also present M & J for Marson & Jones.
The top is decorated with the most superb and vibrant guilloche enamel with intricate engine turning below. The interior retains a removable glass liner for easy refilling and cleaning.
Excellent condition, the base has a diameter measuring 3" x 1 3/4" tall.
