A fabulous early Victorian candlestick postal or letter scale in polished brass with a fabulous cast decorative foot. The scale is signed, R.W. Winfield, Birmingham, January 13 1840. Excellent condition with a base diameter measuring 3 1/4" and standing 6 1/2" tall.
