Description

A fabulous late Victorian / Edwardian novelty travel inkwell, made from brass in the form of a Horseshoe with a Horse head to the lid and a wonderful and intricate Hunting scene running around the outside.
There is a button to the front to release the lid and once opened reveals the original little glass ink chamber within.
Excellent condition dating to around 1900, measuring 2" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/2" tall.
