Description

A most unusual and highly decorative pair of English Victorian photograph frames made from solid cast brass. The frames themselves are adjustable within the outer stand.
The bars at the back are unscrewed to allow the backs to be removed to change the photographs within.
Dating to around 1880, they remain in excellent condition. Each measures 4 1/2" wide (max) x 3" and standing 8 3/4" tall; the glazed aperture measuring 3 1/4" x 2 1/4".
