A smart late Victorian three bottle Tantalus with three cut crystal decanters in the ever-popular hobnail design.
The frame is most unusual with a cast pierced or reticulated base. Once unlocked, the barrel is slid down to release the bar allowing access to the decanters. Each comes complete with vintage sterling silver labels (these were clearly added at a later date) dating to 1977 and 1978.
Superb quality and in excellent condition. The footprint measures 14 1/2" x 6" x 12 1/2" tall to top of handle.
