Description
A very elegant Edwardian sterling silver jewellery box standing on four cabriole legs.
The hinged lid has a slight dome to it and the shaped edge is decorated with ribbon and bow detailing. Once opened the cream silk inside the lid is revealed and a blue fabric interior (minor wear commensurate with age).
The box is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1909, together with the makers initials for the silversmith, T.H. Hazlewood & Co.
Excellent condition, measuring 3 1/2" x 2 5/8" x 1 7/8" tall.
