Description

A wonderful little pill box made from a good gauge of English sterling silver with all over repousse or embossed decoration; the domed lid with a central circular vacant cartouche.
The hinged lid opens to reveal a lovely clean interior washed in gold. The box is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1892 together with the makers initials for the silversmith, Nathan & Hayes.
Excellent condition measuring 1 7/8" x 1 7/8" x 3/4".
