A most impressive desk top rocking blotter, beautifully decorated and very heavy being made from solid cast brass. The fabulous grand handle can be unscrewed to dismantle the blotter to re-fuel with fresh blotting paper when required.Dating to around 1880, it remains in superb condition and ready to be put to work. 5 3/8" x 3" x 3 3/4" tall to top of handle
