Description

A beautiful little jewellery box standing on four original legs and beautifully shaped.
The top of the lid is decorated with engine-turned stripes and a pretty raised border. The lid lifts to reveal a lavishly gilded interior and lined in a deep red velvet.
The box is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1914 together with the makers initials for the silversmith, J. Gloster Ltd.
Excellent condition with the footprint measuring 4 5/8" x 2 1/2" x 1 5/8".
