Description

A spectacular antique French Ormolu picture frame beautifully restored to it's former glory.
Behind the glass, the blue silk taffeta is mounted with a pretty large swag to the top, as elegant as they get. The top of the frame is crowned with a magnificent and highly decorative mount.
Dating to c.1900 it remains in superb condition and ready for use. The overall size measures 11 1/2" tall x 8 1/4" wide x 1" deep with the photograph aperture measuring 5 1/4" x 3 3/4".
