An exquisite and very grand French Ormolu picture frame dating to c.1900. Made from bronze and smothered in gold, the cream silk taffeta below the glass is mounted with a gilded mounts.
The oval aperture measures 9 3/4"x 7 5/8"; the overall size of the frame measures 14 1/4" tall x 10 1/2" wide x 1".
Superb condition and ready to use having been professionally restored to it's former glory.
