A stunning pair of fine opera glasses clad in mother of pearl or nacre shell, the eye pieces engraved for the Belgian retailer "Etabliss. Van Goitsenhoven". The underside is engraved with the well renowned French maker, Colmont, Paris.
They have a two drawer lorgnette handle which folds neatly for storage meticulously and professionally cleaned and polished.
Dating to c.1900 they remain in excellent working condition with good optics.
4 1/2" wide x 2" x 2" while folded away.
