A rare and magnificent French Art Deco cocktail shaker in silver plate, dating to c.1940.
The front of the cocktail shaker is mounted with a shield engraved with eight cocktail recipes; Dry Martini / Alexandra / Manhattan / Side Car / Dubonnet / Gin Fizz / Paris / Bronx.
Lovely and clean on the inside and ready to use. The underside is fully marked for Barra, the master silversmith of Paris.
A true Art Deco design in excellent vintage condition. A good size with a diameter measuring 4" and standing 10" tall.
