The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1904, Edwardian in era. The maker's mark is also present for Henry Matthews.
A magnificent frame in superb condition with an overall measurement of 8 1/4" x 6 3/4" x 1" with a glazed aperture measuring 5 1/2" x 4".
