A handsome and impressive English Sterling silver photograph frame, Art Deco in design with a central oval aperture.
The back is made from solid English Oak incorporating an integral folding easel stand. The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1923, 99 years in age. The maker's mark is also present for the quality silversmith, S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd.
A beautiful piece in excellent condition measuring 11 1/4" tall x 8 7/8" wide (max) x 1" with the oval glazed aperture measuring 9 3/4" x 6 3/4"
