Description
A handsome glass lined bowl with a great look to suit any interior from traditional to modern. The basket is made from American sterling silver with clean lines, reticulated or pierced with a vacant cartouche to the front.The underside retains it's original four bun feet and is fully marked for the American silversmith, The Watson Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts.
Amazing that the original glass liner remains intact and undamaged. Fill with ice for the bar, chocolates for the dinner table or soaps in the guest suite.
Dating to the early twentieth century, it remains in superb condition spanning 6 3/4" handle to handle x 6 1/4" x 4 1/4" tall to top of handle.
