Description

A wonderful and really unusual novelty Go-To-Bed or Chamberstick, quite charming with a gentleman holding a small torch in one hand which holds a lit matchstick and a large torch which unscrews to use as a snuffer to distinguish the candle when used as a chamberstick.
Made from heavy cast brass and dating to around 1880, late Victorian in era and remains in excellent condition. The base measures 3 1/2" x 2 5/8" x 3 5/8" tall.
