Description

A magnificent pair of antique French Opera Glasses, quite stunning decorated with a deep red guilloche enamel to the body and expanding lorgnette handle. The enamel is then highly decorated with pretty floral garlands.
The eye pieces, handle terminal and focus wheel are all finished in Mother of Pearl. They are signed "Carpentier Paris" and are also marked Made In France.
They come complete with their original case, in superb condition and is also gold printed inside "Made In France".
A rare fine pair of opera glasses in excellent condition. The case measures 5" x 2 1/4" x 2".
