An impressive large Railway padlock made for the London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS) made by the well renowned locksmith, Enoch Jones & Sons.
Enoch Jones & Sons is an antique or vintage railway-supplies artifact. Enoch Jones & Sons was a notable lock and padlock-making business based in Willenhall, England, from the late 19th century through the mid-20th century, which famously supplied hardware to major railway networks including the LMS.
Professionally cleaned and polished, the padlock is in full working order and complete with working key.
Excellent condition dating to the early twentieth century, c.1910 and measuring an impressive 5" x 4 1/2" x 1 3/4".
