Description

A stylish and elegant French Champagne bucket or wine cooler made from silver plate and in excellent condition.
The bucket has two beautifully sculptured tied loop handles and the rim is decorated with a ribbon and reed design.
The underside is stamped with the makers mark "SIOM" below a fleur de lys motif.
Dating to c.1950/1960, it remains in excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age and use; measuring 9" in diameter (handle to handle) x 8 1/2" tall.
